We ordered for our new home coffee table and tv stand from Furniture in Fashion and they both are very nice. The products come from Italy and they're good quality. Recommended

I have just finished a 6 week long battle with this company over some damaged furniture and I would never ever use them again.

There’s a serious lack of customer service and they have absolutely no control over their own supply service!
My order arrived 2 weeks late after my chasing (because the courier couldn’t find my address so just sat on it and didn’t communicate with anyone). The order was fully damaged and even after providing proof that the total order was unacceptable, they refused to initiate a replacement. They would only replace parts, but after constant back and forth that every part needed replacing, they still would not replace my order.
I then asked for a refund which was a total shambles. They have no relationship with their couriers which meant I was left chasing everything up, the most they did was passed on the labels for me to print out and then had the audacity to ask me to use my own resources to secure their damaged items that had arrived to me with the boxes ripped & burst open.
It took multiple attempts for items to be collected, and once that was done I was left to chase up return at supplier depot and chased for my refund money.

I don’t understand how you can run a business where you take no accountability for the condition of your products, you do not hold your couriers accountable and have a relationship with them. Absolutely pitiful service, not worth the time or money to buy from.

Really disappointed. The transport is outsourced to a logistics firm that only works weekends and the admin team from the logistics firm only works week days! Apparently the drivers call on the weekend to inform you that they will be delivering, but when no communication is received then you can’t speak to anyone as the admin team is offline. Wasted last Saturday with no call from courier and same again today. Also spoke to Furniture in Fashion on multiple occasions and they unsurprisingly could not get hold of anyone to resolve the issue! Told I would receive further info but once again no communication do no idea what is going on. What really annoys me is that I spoke to the courier admin team on Tuesday and was informed it definitely would be delivered on Saturday and the driver would call in the morning, but this was an obviously a lie. Furniture in Fashion and their counterparts don’t value the customers time which has been clear from the catalogue of issue so far.

Ordered 2 Lounge end tables in a contemporary style, prompt delivery as promised, instructions said it would take 20 mins to assemble one, and true to form this was about how long it took per unit. Good quality build and material.

Had a slight issue when I ordered the Bar stools but I contacted the Customer care on line and they sorted the problem straight away

I recently bought Display Cabinet on line ,the process was very simple and quick and the product arrived within a couple of days as promised .When I assembled the unit I inadvertently got two pieces in the incorrect place .I immediately went on line and raised the issue explaining my problem.Anthony replied to my issue and offered to investigate from there end with the manufacturer.A few hours later Anthony contacted me again and explained what he understood the problem to be and advised me what to do to correct my mistake .I can’t praise them enough for there customer service and for having the patience with me .The Black & White Display cabinet is now hanging on my wall and looks brilliant.I shall be ordering another one in due time but this time I will assemble it correctly.

I received my order in excellent condition, packaged very well and arrived quickly. I was kept informed about updated throughout. I will consider shopping from this company again

Quick delivery. On opening the chair and footstool l found cushion on footstool damaged which l was very disappointed about, got in touch with fashion for furniture and quickly had a reply from Anthony who soon had the matter put right for me.
I am so pleased with the chair it is so comfy. I sit in the garden relaxing reading my book. I would recommend using this company.

Despite waiting 7 months for my order, since it was out of stock with the supplier. I cannot fault Furniture in Fashion, they sent emails every week with updates on my order and replied swiftly to any questions I had. Overall, they were great and I would use them again.

I bought 2 Tokyo Twist glass top coffee tables from Furniture in Fashion recently. When assembling i found that one of the tables had a slight issue and i needed a replacement part. I got in touch with Frank from the Ebay team and he couldn't have been more helpful. Explained what the issue was and he sent me out a replacement part that arrived the next day AND has arranged collection of the original part. The tables are now sitting in pride of place and drawing some very positive comments. Many thanks to Frank for his help and support.
